4 Weeks Before
- Prepare the food menu and go grocery shopping
- Order the cake and any other party favors
- Choose the party activities and games
3 Weeks Before
- Get all party decorations
- Make sure you have serve ware
2 Weeks Before
- Pick out party outfits for yourself, the baby and other family members
- Prepare a schedule for all activities
- Print out or make any personalized decorations you thought of doing
1 Week Before
- Check RSVP’s
- Confirm everything with the entertainers
- Make sure you have figured out food preparation and assembly
2 Days Before
- Purchase any remaining party decorations, food supplies and other such stuff
- Finalize everything
1 Day Before
- Pick up the cake and other party favors On The Big Day
- Have fun!! And that’s it!
